Our fees, fully transparent

No hidden fees: this is exactly what RIIVA charges on each ticket, how it is calculated and who pays it.

  • Fees are calculated on the ticket price excluding tax (excl. VAT), never on the organizer's VAT.
  • Free event: no fee.
  • By default the buyer pays the service fee. The organizer can choose to cover it ("all-inclusive price").
  • RIIVA fees are a service subject to VAT: fee incl. tax = fee excl. tax + country VAT.
  • Payment fees, once enabled, will appear on a separate line.
