Anti-Fraud Policy

What RIIVA puts in place to protect attendees, organizers and the platform.

Our approach

A ticket must be genuine, a payment actually received and an organizer identifiable. RIIVA combines technical controls, contractual rules and community vigilance.

What we do

Validation of Organizer access by the team, review of each event before publication.

Organizer contract with recorded, dated electronic acceptance before any publication.

Tickets with a unique QR code, validated only once at entry; unguessable order links; payment proofs stored in a private space.

Ledger of the service fees owed by each organizer, reconciled with orders actually paid, with due dates and automatic suspension of sales in case of non-payment.

Immediate suspension of sales or of the account in case of serious suspicion, retention of logs, reporting to the authorities.

For attendees

Pay only to the numbers shown on the event's order page; be wary of any request to pay elsewhere.

Keep your order link and do not share your QR code before the event.

Report any suspicious event or message to legal@mahtos.online.

For organizers

Declare payment numbers that belong to you, under the correct name.

Confirm an order only after seeing the money on your account; refuse inconsistent proofs.

Pay your service fees by the due date from the "RIIVA fees" tab; if you have difficulties, contact us before the due date.

Sanctions

Depending on seriousness: warning, sales block, removal of events, cancellation of tickets, immediate due date of sums owed, account closure and report to the competent authorities.
